Clive Minihan MA MBA
Clive Minihan has for the past 30 years worked with start-ups and small technology companies, both in the UK and USA. He has been instrumental in 5 exits, involving sales to companies including Becton Dickinson, Thermo Fisher and Siemens, totalling around £200 million. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA from Oxford University, and is a qualified accountant. He is the Treasurer of the Harvard Business School Club of London, and the HBS Alumni Angels. He is also a Mentor on the NHS England Clinical Entrepreneurs Programme.
Ron Turner FIBMS, MSc (PhD)
Ron began his career as a biomedical scientist in the National Health Service, gaining a Fellowship of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences and subsequent MSc in Biochemistry, followed by a PhD in medical science from the University of East Anglia. He is a Fellow of the IBMS and a member of the Association of Clinical Biochemistry.
After leaving the NHS he worked as a development scientist for Ciba-Corning Diagnostics, then moved into Technical Marketing and Business Management for 2 major diagnostic companies. He has also owned his own businesses, including a Point of Care UK distribution company and a private clinical laboratory, focusing on thyroid disease diagnosis and food and chemical intolerances. The laboratory was acquired and its acquisition was followed by appointment to Laboratory Director of Lab 21 both in the UK and South Carolina, USA.
Ron is the inventor and owner of the Test&Treat-associated IP in antimicrobial susceptibility. Test & Treat Ltd. was formed in 2017 of which he is a Board member and holds the title Technical Director.

Rachel joined Test & Treat in July 2020. Rachel is a qualified veterinarian and graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2006. She has a post graduate certificate in Small Animal Medicine and prior to joining Test and Treat, was the Clinical Director at a busy clinic in West London.
Jo Nickerson, RVN

Jo is a Registered Veterinary Nurse and a DISC Certified Trainer. Jo is highly experienced in veterinary business development roles and began her career in veterinary practice. She has spent the past 23 years working across multiple sectors within the industry, including small animal pharmaceuticals, veterinary diagnostics, marketing and consultancy; helping veterinary practices to grow and achieve excellence. When Jo is not working she enjoys keeping bees, walking with her two dogs and horse riding.
James has over 15 years’ experience dealing with laboratory operations including procurement, laboratory procedures and quality assurance standards. James is integral in ensuring the smooth running of our Newmarket-based laboratory.
John Wain is Professor of Medical Microbiology at the University of East Anglia, the CSO and director for Discuva and Bactevo Ltd. and founding editor of the Journal of Infection in Developing Countries. He is a bacteriologist and international authority on Salmonella and other gastrointestinal pathogens with over 30 years' experience in the identification of bacterial pathogens and antibiotic resistance.
