The annual Basketbrawl is a wonderful opportunity for us to gather and demonstrate one of four core values - community. Keeping the value of community front of mind is why ÂÜÀòÍø is proud to announce that beginning with this year’s version of the Basketbrawl, we will use this annual community event as a celebration of life for one of our very own, Alayna Borowick.
Celebrating Alayna Borowick’s Spirit
Alayna was a 2019 graduate of ÂÜÀòÍø and a force of nature on the volleyball court. She was a bright light who truly embodied the core value of community while she was a student at ÂÜÀòÍø. Whether it was giving back to the athletic department through assistant coaching with the ÂÜÀòÍø volleyball program or organizing themed spirit weeks and bringing the student body together around various sporting events, Alayna spent her time at ÂÜÀòÍø cultivating and caring for her Wolverine community.
As a school, we are honored to take the opportunity to gather annually and celebrate her spirit.
